SUBURBIA
The Suburbs were designed with families in mind but that doesn't mean singles can't rent them too!
DECORATING
Each house has 2 bedroom and one bathroom, with an animated kitchen and bathroom ready for you to use or customize to match your decor. Just touch the kitchen benches to bring up the texture menu. These items must stay in the house and cannot be swapped; they are low prim and low lag, allowing you to use your prims to better create a home.
Feel free to decorate as you wish, but keep in mind your surroundings; please nothing of a different genre (like Gor items, sci-fi, etc) OUTSIDE the house. How you decorate inside is completely up to you. We want you to enjoy your new home after all.
Please, no breedable pets or heavy particle emitters as these can create lag.
Keep your decoration inside the fences of your property (vehicles are okay).
DO NOT enable ban lines on your parcel.
Do not allow child avatars into your parcel.
We are trying to create a sense of community here. If you cannot be a 'team player' then perhaps this is not the right place for you and you should look elsewhere.
PARCEL MEDIA
Due to the weather system in place, you cannot use a TV or media viewer that requires deeding to the land/group, as it WILL NOT WORK! This won't be changed any time soon, so please don't ask, sorry.
PRIM BABIES/CHILDREN
Prim babies and prim children are greatly encouraged but be aware that these DO count in your prim allowance. Wear your kids or attach to avatar center where possible, or store in your inventory if you plan to be offline for a while, to save prims (if you wish). If you are a savvy shopper and can find a lot of cheap mesh items, you will probably be able to keep your kids out AND furnish at the same time. It's not impossible ;)
PRIMS
Prim count = 100
Additional prims MAY be purchased subject to availability but please don't depend on that. Those that exceed their prim allowance have 24 hours to rectify the problem before offending items will be returned to you at your own risk.
GREIFERS etc
If you find someone is causing you problems on your parcel, contact the Sheriff (CowboyBlinky Resident) or visit the Sheriff's Office in world. The Sheriff's department handles problem visitors both in role play and OOC too. If you cannot contact the Sheriff, contact the Mayor as always via note card only. Troublemakers will be dealt with as swiftly as possible.
FREE RENT!
To say thank you, those that pay for 4 weeks rent will have 1 additional week rent free (so you get 5 weeks rental and only pay for 4). This only applies if you pay 4 weeks in the one transaction. Contact RaeLeeH Resident with your payment details and the extra week will be credited to you.
